📦 What the Service is

Datazoin Engage is an AI writing copilot for LinkedIn. Depending on your plan, it may:

• Draft comments, replies, connection notes, direct messages, and posts based on content you choose to act on, written to match a voice profile you provide.
• Schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf using LinkedIn's official API, once you connect your LinkedIn account.

Every comment, message, note, and post the Service drafts is a suggestion. Nothing is sent or published without your action: either you paste and send it yourself, or you explicitly enable scheduled posting, which acts on your behalf within the limits you set.

✅ Your responsibilities

• You must have your own LinkedIn account in good standing and comply with LinkedIn's own User Agreement and policies. We do not control LinkedIn and cannot guarantee LinkedIn's platform behavior.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before it is sent or posted. Content is generated by a third-party AI model and may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your context: you decide what ultimately goes out under your name.
• You will not use the Service to generate or send spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive content, or anything illegal, and you will not use it to impersonate another person.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

⚠️ Scheduled posting & account-safety disclaimer

Scheduled posting publishes content to LinkedIn on your behalf through LinkedIn's own official API, once you connect your LinkedIn account. Despite using LinkedIn's own supported integration:

You can disable scheduled posting at any time from the dashboard.

💳 Plans, billing & cancellation

• The Service is offered on a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro, Growth, and Agency), each with its own feature access and usage allowances, as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed on our behalf by Razorpay, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your card or bank details; they are collected and handled by Razorpay. Your order may appear on your statement as a Razorpay or Datazoin transaction.
• Prices are as shown on the pricing page; any applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for a demonstrated service failure on our part. Contact us at info@datazoin.com if you believe you're owed a refund.
• We may change plan pricing or features going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

📄 Content & intellectual property

• You own the content you input (your writing samples, stories, topics) and the drafts the Service generates for you, and you're responsible for how you use them.
• We own the Service itself (the software, product design, and underlying technology) and no rights to it are transferred to you beyond the license to use it under these Terms.

🛑 Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk for us, other users, or LinkedIn.

📉 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular level of engagement, growth, response rate, or business outcome from using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datazoin's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of LinkedIn account access, data, or business opportunity.

🌍 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

✍️ Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the extension or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
