Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Datazoin ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of Datazoin Engage, including the Chrome browser extension, web dashboard, Post Studio, and associated APIs (collectively, the "Service").
By installing the extension, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Datazoin Engage is an intelligent LinkedIn writing and publishing copilot designed to empower founders, ghostwriters, creators, and sales professionals. Depending on your active subscription tier, the Service provides:
- AI Comment & Reply Copilot: Real-time contextual comment drafts generated directly in your browser on posts you choose to engage with.
- Voice Profile Training & Story Bank: Custom prompt alignment calibrated on your past writing samples, anecdotes, and chosen tones (Professional, Casual, Challenger, Founder, Curious, Witty, Supportive).
- Connection Notes & Personalized DMs: High-relevance outreach and message drafting based on prospect context.
- Post Studio & Scheduling: Native content scheduling and publication via LinkedIn's official OAuth API integration.
Human-in-the-Loop Architecture: All comment, note, and message drafts are assistive suggestions. Datazoin Engage never auto-clicks, auto-connects, or posts without your explicit review and action, except for scheduled posts you explicitly approve for publishing via the official API.
2. Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
To use Datazoin Engage, you agree to the following guidelines:
- Account Standing: You must maintain your own valid LinkedIn account and comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
- Editorial Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts prior to posting. You acknowledge that AI output can occasionally contain inaccuracies and that you bear ultimate responsibility for all content published under your profile.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, defamatory material, deceptive solicitations, or violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring the confidentiality of your session tokens.
- No Reverse Engineering: You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, or distribute the Service or its underlying proprietary models.
3. Account Safety & LinkedIn Platform Disclaimers
Datazoin Engage is engineered around LinkedIn safety best practices:
- Manual-Assist Extension: For commenting, notes, and DMs, the extension operates strictly inside your browser session as an editing tool. It does not perform headless automation or unauthorized background scraping.
- Official Publishing API: Scheduled post publishing occurs exclusively through LinkedIn's official Developer API (`w_member_social`), requiring your explicit OAuth consent.
Third-Party Platform Notice: While Datazoin Engage adheres to supported protocols, LinkedIn independently enforces its own terms, rate limits, and algorithmic account reviews. Datazoin does not control LinkedIn and is not liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or feature limits imposed by LinkedIn.
4. Plans, Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
- Subscription Tiers: We provide Free, Pro ($19/mo or $190/yr), Growth ($39/mo or $390/yr), and Agency ($99/mo or $990/yr) plans with specific generation and feature limits as outlined on our pricing page.
- Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Datazoin does not store or process your credit card numbers or banking secrets directly. Transactions may appear on your billing statements as "Razorpay" or "Datazoin".
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing settings. Upon cancellation, your paid benefits remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: Due to server compute costs for generative AI, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of verified technical service outages caused directly by our platform. 5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
- Your Content & Outputs: You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all input materials (writing samples, story bank anecdotes) and all final text drafts generated by the Service.
- Datazoin Intellectual Property: Datazoin retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the user interfaces, extension code, proprietary algorithms, brand assets, and product designs.
- AI Model Training Guarantee: Datazoin does not sell your text data or use your private drafts to train public foundation models.
6. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed social media engagement growth.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datazoin’s aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Datazoin in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. In no event shall Datazoin be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law, Modifications & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following published updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
